A pair of turnshoes after finds from Wolin, dated from the 2nd half of the 9th cent to the first half of the tenth cent. AD. This
construction succeeds earlier, similar shoes done as single piece constructions.
Oiled, greased and with longer laces that allow tying around the ankle. Another possibility is to tie the shoes at the front, giving the shoe a
completely different character.
